JEFF GANJE INC. is a private holding company specializing in the ownership and management of sports related ventures, including one of the more visible Thoroughbred horse racing operations in the United States.  As the father of three highly athletic daughters, all of which have competed in club sports and are currently competing at the collegiate level, Jeff Ganje is an advocate for female empowerment through athletic competition. In fact, Ganje has actively expanded his footprint in the female club flag football space with the creation of a new club football organization, SOUTH COUNTY BOMBERS, which is dedicated to developing college-ready female student-athletes through character-based training and competition.  Ganje is also in the process of starting up a new NIL agency and recruiting advisory firm called, J.L. GANJE SPORTS ADVISORY, which specializes in NIL (Name, Image and Likeness) engagement and recruiting advocacy services..
